of healthcare business services and over 25 years of financial management
experience, Mr. Shamon has held previous positions as Executive Vice President,

services company, Chief Financial Officer at Transcend Services, Inc., and
several other senior management positions including, Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer for both the Physician Services and Hospital
